At Meta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Meta account and visit your Order History to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your device in its original packaging, including all cables, controllers, and manuals that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
